ABOUT US
BRAVO ACADEMY was born from a dream coaches Ricardo Pereira and Lidvani Paiva had a long time ago.
They wish for every teenager they knew to have the opportunity to love sports and to develop their bodies and their minds in a healthy competitive environment.
As professional volleyball players and later head coaches from professional volleyball teams in Brazil, Ricardo and Lidvani believed they have the required knowledge and the desired motivation to go further with this dream and to turn it into a reality.
In 2016 they created BRAVO ACADEMY making it possible for kids and teens to engage with sports and to be trained by professional coaches, oriented to develop their competitive behavior and their love for the volleyball.
At BRAVO, our team is a synnergy of athletes, coaches, and parents. Our mission is to motivate each player by developing physical and moral excellence through values, respect, and responsible behavior, inside and outside the courts.

Volleyball Coach with 35 years of experience in both indoor and sand volleyball. Championship winner in
many national and regional competitions as a professional player and coach. Won several
International competitions including: Mundial Flight Companies at Europe.
Finalist at Brazilian Volleyball National
Championship. With professionalism and passion Ricardo can teach you everything he learned from a life playing and training volleyball with the best players and coaches in Brazil.
LIDVANI PAIVA
BRAVO ACADEMY OWNER
HEAD COACH
A natural volleyball player, Lidvani started playing when she was only 9 years old. After a 30-year career as a successful volleyball player, she decided to give back and started teaching. Lidvani has a strong experience with kids and teens, and has been training boys and girls from 11 to 16 since 2010. Lidvani has trained kids and teens in the USA as a volunteer for 2 years and is now ready to turn you into a champion!
Lidvani graduated in Law in 2001, in Brazil, at Faculdade de Direito de Varginha, and concluded her MBA in Law Management and Business in 2010 at FGV (Faculdade Getúlio Vargas), in Rio de Janeiro, BR.
Champions are made of effort and persistency.
